Refresh Websites

Add a button that refreshes displayed websites. It would need to trigger the imitation of a F5-keypress or (if present) use a built in command line option of midori (and mayber dwb).

In addition the refresh could also be triggered by some key on the client side (like it is done for zooming and scrolling). Maybe R would be a good choice.

Until a refresh function is supported, using screen sharing seems to be an easily available alternative.
