Per Community Specification License 1.0 Section 2.1.3.3, Licensees may indicate their acceptance of the Community Specification License by issuing a pull request to the Specification’s repository and adding a comment in that pull request with the text "I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA". Note that comments will be locked on that pull request after it has been merged.
