PDF to PNG loses a lot of quality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I tried convering a pdf to PNG, but the quality loss is huge.

Describe the solution you'd like
If there's a way to set the output resolution or how much quality is preserved, or something, when converting PDF to image, that would be great.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried using the max quality setting for JPG too, but the result was the same if not worse. Imight have to buy an Adobe Acrobat subscription just to try to fix this...

Additional context
I'm working with a Japanese book, so, loss in quality has a huge impact when trying to OCR the image files, and is very noticeable.
