Since the UI is getting less than simple (!) and to better support batch encoding, redesign the UI to use tabs:

  • Base tab for choosing files to encode, output, codecs, and basic options
  • Video options tab
  • Audio options tab
  • Advanced tab for custom command + advanced checkboxes

Shouldn't require any code changes since we use qt designer
Also would get rid of the glitchy advanced mode to simple mode animation which i've never been able to fix
