time-enabled layers behave erraticly with time-slider #42

Time enabled layers are working good. The time scale displays the values of each year both in the step forward and step backward. Tested on https://geonode-demo.thuenen.de/catalogue/#/dataset/56 |

Expected Behavior
If I open time-enabled layers the time-slider can be used to step through the contents of the layer. The stepping itself is organized by time from old to new, or the other way arround.
Actual Behavior
If I open time-enabled layers the time-slider can be used to step through the contents of the layer. But the time steps are erratic and not from old to new.
