Why, if the same source's modern version already has mirrors?

They're not all mirrors, some are indeed hosting their own. Those are a few I've found, pretty sure there are many more. Looking on those sites, they also differ in chapter amounts.

Can you list more sites? Except for mangairo, the other sites already updated to newer mangabox

I said alternative, not specifically older.

Pretty sure there are or at least were many sources using the same kind of layout.

However this was already 2 years ago. I don't have the time to look into this currently.
