Set “<Platform Name>” as default focus instead of “Library” in Library page

Currently, when you goto Library page and any platform is selected, focus is set to “Library” button by default.
So if I want to navigate between platforms using dpad, i have to press down to select platform name and use dpad. But if we set that as a default focus, we can directly use dpad to navigate platform as using triggers to navigate platform feels really weird. And I have seen lot of people requesting to use dpad to navigate platforms. I think this is an easy and simple fix for that.
