Sometimes options for buttons and maybe more do not appear.

No errors in logs.

Could be a HACS / loading problem.

Possible causes:

  • card registered twice in resources.
  • bug when downloading. Redownload in HACS.

Looks like the input elements need to be loaded first. Could be fixed by adding home assistant helpers in the repo.
