as per instructions in linqpad:
http://www.linqpad.net/SamplesIntegrationGuide.pdf

create a package that can be imported into the linqpage samples gallery.

Suggestion: add instructions to the book:
To import samples into Linqpadv5, download:
https://github.com/SyncfusionSuccinctlyE-Books/Getting-The-Most-from-LINQPad-Succinctly/archive/master.zip
Then use the Samples tab | 'Download/import more samples...' command
To import the Succinctly examples.
