How to set the variable recording the number of all the clients?

I know in conf.yml we can set num_participants=x to be the number of participants per round, but what about how many clients in total?
Assume this variable names total_participants=y, then there'll be $C_y^x$ ways to select the participants of each round.
I think there must be a variable like that in this framework, and this var is not from /fedscale/dataloader/divide_data.py, where I think it should be (Because I think this variable is decided by how many partitions the dataset is divided into ?)
So I just wonder how to set number in FedScale?

Thanks for trying FedScale. FedScale uses realistic datasets in evaluations, so the total number of clients is pre-determined by that data itself BY DEFAULT.

However, we can easily customize this (1) with a new *.csv file (e.g., train_client_mappings.csv in each dataset folder). For example, copy part of the raw *.csv; (2) or add one more variable here. i.e., do not register if #_clients > Threshold. We recommend option (2). If you take it, please consider submitting a PR.
