Where is the spectre key

When I try to search for the spectre key in JEI, I can't seem to find how to make it, and I can't craft it using any recipes on the internet.

3 Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
1.Go to JEI
2. Search "spectre key"
3. Its nowhere to be found

• Server/LAN/Single Player: Single player
• Optifine Installed: No
• Shaders Enabled: No

@Sunekaer disabled it in the config. If you want you can re-enable it. But you will have to do it both server-side and client-side.
