User Story

As a Suffolk LIT Lab operator, I want to be able to deploy a build through a user interface in a web browser, so that I do not have to deploy using terminal.
As a Suffolk LIT Lab operator, I want the ability to scale a proxy server's resources through a user interface in a web browser.
