Using GUID as Primary Key might not be ok

So given a small table (like setup) nobody cares about a GUID as Prim. key. But if it is a table with millions of records a GUID as prim. key is no good for the SQL Server... some might say: add an additional Field and make it the clustered key. So this could be a nice info I think :)
