Call IsEmpty before DeleteAll and ModifyAll functions #340

Inspired by the blogpost of @adrogin on this: https://www.keytogoodcode.com/post/if-not-isempty-then-deleteall

New rule would be that a Rec.IsEmptry() needs to be prior before a Rec.DeleteAll() and Rec.ModifyAll().
