CardPart/ListPart should have UsageCategory = None;

CardPart and ListPart (and various other page types) should have UsageCategory = None; rather than any other value for this property as they are typically not meant to be used stand-alone.

I think this should apply to the following page types:

• API
• CardPart
• ConfirmationDialog
• HeadlinePart
• ListPart
• RoleCenter
• StandardDialog

I also found there are new page types I had never heard of, but they are not to be used directly either from what I understand:
