I've run into many titles which only have a single image available on SteamGridDB, like say, just "Capsule" or "Logo". Would be nice to have the option to force any image into any other given category (perhaps excluding Icon due to vastly different dimensions) to fill in the blanks. It wouldn't look as pretty but it beats having those default gray boxes, Steam also does it natively with some titles, forcing the Capsule pic for Wide Capsule when the game lacks a proper one.
I am aware that ultimately this can sort of be done manually by loading that picture as an external file, but I'm referring specifically to the ability to do it directly when browsing the database instead of going through the external process.
