Golang CWA Test and Fix Validation

This is the last issue related with CWA Golang work in 1.3 Kubeflow.

It was created from previous findings that when refactoring to CWA, not all validation was imported, and since we do not want users to crash the cluster by asking unrealistic demands, we want to make sure all current validation is still in place.

This task cannot be started until all others related to it are completed.

Note: This is not to replace testing components when they are coded. It is in hopes to catch anything that could have fallen in the void of refactoring.
