Inconsistent use of quotes in Grammar and mechanics guide #1028

Describe the bug
The Grammar and mechanics guide (https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics) contains examples. The first five examples are quoted, and the rest is not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics/#use-active-tense-(most-of-the-time)
Check the examples given there, observe quotes:

“Update your profile”

Go to https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics/#headings
Check the examples, no quotes are present

Performance overview

Expected behavior
No quotes anywhere around examples.
