Being able to change the default classes in options

The dependency on the 'splide', 'splide__list' etc classes can cause issues in places like WordPress sites where two plugins may be wanting to use the same Splide library for different reasons.

If these were easily changable from the options, it means the classes could then be prefixed to ensure no conflicts in the code between the two instances.
