Add support with the videos extension to use youtube-nocookie

Add support for watching youtube videos using youtube-nocookie.
That from the configuration you can choose whether to use one or the other.

To load the videos using youtube-nocookie you simply have to do the following:

var player = new YT.Player('player', {
    videoId: videoId,
    host: 'https://www.youtube-nocookie.com',
    playerVars: {
      //...
    }
});

You can check that it works correctly? at least for me, it does not load the videos from youtube-nocookie

ok, thanks, I had installed the splide recently, so I thought I had the latest version, but for some reason, 0.7.1 was installed, now that I have updated to 0.8 it works for me.
