Option to disable drag when all slides are visible

Could you add an option to disable dragging the carousel when all slides are visible?

Use case:
A user is able to add up to 10 images to a gallery. The gallery is created as a Splide carousel with these settings.

new Splide('.splide', {
  perPage: 1,
  mediaQuery: 'min',
  breakpoints: {
    768:  { perPage: 2 },
    1280: { perPage: 3 }
  }
})

If the user only added 2 images to the gallery, the carousel should disable drag at 768px+.
