Pour désactiver Oblik sur les ressources il faut désormais explicitement mettre le label oblik.socialgouv.io/enabled à "false" (Kontinuous le met automatiquement à "true" sinon).

Pour pouvoir le faire sur CNPG il faut donc permettre d'agir sur ces labels depuis les values de helm.
