Add details around the expected RSSI values on a scan request

I would like to know what the expected values for the RSSI are. Ie what format is this?
Can I assume that these values range from 0 to 255 where the values are actually negative RSSI?
Basically, can you add an accuracy, granularity, and range for RSSI to the documentation.

Thanks for the input. We will update the documents to Expected value ranges from 0 to 100, here lower the value means better the RSSI because they are actually negative RSSI.
accuracy is +/-3 dB
