<li>After half an hour, 2 egg whites.</li>

<li>Low carb vegetable such as Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cucumber, etc.</li>
<li>2-3 chapathi/ bread.</li>
<li>Boiled chicken breast. For vegetarian diet, 2 bowls of dal.</li>
<li>Any fruit.</li>
