Choosing an end range for bits to toggle doesn't work

In the flags section, I can properly choose a start range. However, choosing an end range results in varying garbage characters e.g. "Range set from 11264-$?." When actually toggling the flags in the range, it just defaults to 12800.

I am using the PC version of the mod with P5R.
