Allow references with names that contain TRA/TRB but do not start with them

Thanks @snyquist2!! So removing the deltas and gammas from the reference fasta got me past that previous error, but now I'm stuck in call-recover_cdr3s:

How is the reference fasta you're using syntactically constructed? Or better yet, could you share the human reference fasta you're using?
