Network vaccums delete items when picking up stacks larger than 64. Another plugin increases the max stack size of items on the floor to reduce lag, and the vacuum doesnt get the right number when checking the stack size.
Connect a network vacuum to a working network, add a network cell for storage and drop 2 stacks of the same item at once, so they stack together into a custom stack of 128. The vacuum thinks its still the max vanilla stacksize of 64, so it deposits that amount of items into the storage cell. The second stack is deleted.
