Newsletter does not work / lacks usage

The newsletter feature of the website currently has no function. Possible ideas

• Make it an subscription link to docs.sstctf.org

• ???

I like the idea of docs subscription. How do we want to do it though? do you want to send an up-to-date version of the docs every once in while?

We are getting into the issue of having people we don't know going to the document. With this system we somehow would get people a link to view the document. docs.sstctf.org would no longer be a link to view, the user would need to have established permissions for that.
