sick_safetyscanner_base error code 2735874052

We use the sick_safetyscanner_base software library to integrate the nanoScan3 into the software. We noticed that for some robots the sick_safetyscanner_base issues an error with the code 2735874052 (dec) or A312 2004 (hex). Unfortunately, we were unable to find out what the error message means.
Do you know if or where there is documentation of the error codes?
