We agree with the definition of 8.1 Administrative Territorial Unit which says "A code from a list ...", not "A code from the list ...".

  1. Therefore, why link this class/entity direct to one specific list (the Administrative territorial unit type Named Authority List), such that other lists are excluded? Isn't this binding too strong, for a Core Vocabulary (whose "main objective is to provide terms to be reused in the broadest possible context" according to the SEMIC Style Guide). One could instead recommend to use a specific list in the "usage note".
  2. By the way, the URI used to link this class to the list, is the URI for the atu-type NAL instead of the atu NAL (http://publications.europa.eu/resource/dataset/atu).
