fb chat hangs on certain messages

3. Description: when i type in "search xxx" a query is fired and a proper response is received.
however, when i type in "search" or " search '''' " or "services" : chat hangs, seems like it's about to respond but then nothing is received, not even a response "sorry can u say that again".

4. Steps to reproduce the issue: type in any of the above mentioned commands in the fb chat

5. Expected result: proper descriptive response message

"search ''' " should fire a query, like "search xxxx"

This is connected to #249 the error is due to a service name being empty and causes a problem with facebook encoding solving it should solve this too, it's working now though after remove the service with an empty name.
