[WIP] Implementation of Basic Version of VSH Hash Function
This pull request implements the basic version of the VSH (Very Smooth Hash) function. The implementation is based on the publicly available information found in the VSH publication and community inputs.
As a beginner in Rust, I would appreciate additional feedback and guidance regarding the implementation, testing, and correctness of the code. I'm open to suggestions for improvements and would like to ensure that the implementation follows best practices.
