User Story:

As a Site User I can view a footer bar so that I can view Policies, FAQs or subscribe to a motorsport newsletter.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Footer contains links to the Policies and FAQs
  • Contains a place to sign up for a newsletter
  • Button to return to top of the page
  • Responsive and consistent theme with the Nav Bar
