TypeScript and ES6 Template Version

@RileCraft I wanted to express my profound thanks for this template that you've created and kept up to date with the latest Discord Versions. I've recently set up the template for my own project, but refactored it to be TypeScript and ES6 Import/Export Module-friendly. The only parts I haven't fully implemented are the cooldown options since I'm still working those into my MongoDB database design.

Thanks @nbely and i also appreciate it a lot you creating an entire refactored template with TypeScript and Es6 support. I once myself considered to move to TypeScript but TypeScript is just too much of a pain for me and so i really appreciate your efforts.

As for the cooldown i recommend to use Redis database as it is much faster.
