  1. Create a Tweakpane based on the config.
  2. Support presets in the pane
  3. Populate the pane from the URL
  4. Change the URL from the pane with the History API
  5. Update the real project from the pane
  6. Update the WebGPU project from the pane
  7. Find or create Tweakpane plugin for gradient entries and whatever else
