@Rapptz Thank you for maintaining this library!
As written in the document below, Discord has announced they are discontinuing support for the old Voice Gateway.
I believe this PR (#9953 ) should be shipped to PyPI by 18th Nov 2024 and we only have less than a week to handle this.

Apply #9953 for a production version.

Although those encryption modes will be deprecated, non-e2ee connections are still functional. The current pypi version uses non-e2ee, and a deprecation timeline for it has not yet been announced. All we know is that when they do announce one, it will be of at least 6 months, so there is no urgency. (See the note from here) actually I misread.
