The Advocate tool from @ASpoonPlaysGames has been integrated into the Tools of VTOL.
The advocate tool converts existing DDS skins to RPAK skins, which can be installed as mods,
instead of making use of the Skin tool.
The Advocate tool will also RPAK the mod to be Thunderstore upload compatible,

Many Launch and configuration bugs have been found and fixed in this update.

Over the course of the last 3 months, I have been reworking the UI for VTOL from top to bottom for a better and more polished experience.
With the creation of this new version, this allowed me to better plan and add features I thought the community might benefit from.
