Can't find so file when build in docker

Hi, I have a project depending on a so file(generated from another crate, which will place the so in OUT_DIR), when use maturin-action to build, it will always fails due to can't find my so file, but when set container: off, everything works as expected.

This is the log when I build directly on host, as we can see, libvsag.so is inside out OUT_DIR

And I can ensure the OUT_DIR is included library path as following args is included when build

Turns out the library path is different in centos($OUT_DIR/lib64) and ubuntu($OUT_DIR/lib).
