This came up at today's (2/13/2024) outreach meeting, spurred by the current binderhub outage. As part of delineating binderhub responsibilities with 2i2c moving forward, we need testing and notification for a.) binderbot appropriately shipping cookbooks off to the binderhub and b.) cookbook execution and interactive session spawning working via binderhub at all.
