Price limit and TG messages

Hi! Thank you for bot! I didn't manage to get my card yet, but now it feels like I'm closer to my goal.

I have two suggestions that would make this bot absolutely amazing:

1. Ability to set the price limit, since bot being triggered by listings from scalpers who sell 3060Ti for $1200
2. I see that the bot can send messages to Discord. Would be great if he could send them to Telegram as well (if possible).

1. This would require some time to implement cause I'd have to do it manually for each store. Which store in particular is triggering this?
2. I may be able to do this but I have never used Telegram so I'm currently unfamiliar with how to setup a webhook.

The amazon sometimes has 3rd party seller which set at higher price than usual and triggers the stock alert. If possible add price limit for each url?

See if the latest update fixes or reduces the number of third party seller notifications. If so, would a price limit still be necessary?
