Better examples for "macros and expressions"

We should come up with better examples for the section of the macros module on "macros and expressions." The current renaming example is too simplistic, especially given the improvements in rename in Stata 12. Trainees can be skeptical about learning the complicated renaming techniques when they know there's a one-liner available, even though the renaming is just an example.
