Bug: Changing a filter while PostHog is processing data causes the filter to be lost

Bug description

After "crunching through hogloads of data" finishes loading, it resets the UI's dropdown states, including any filtering on properties the user has typed. I now have to wait for each subsequent "crunching" to complete before applying a more nested filter to the data.
