After clicking link to Developer Tools from footer, user should automatically be scrolled to top of page #2132

I think we add one line of code elsewhere to ensure this happens - should be as simple as copying and pasting that

Strangely when I try to reproduce this appears to be browser specific:

  • On Firefox it does not scroll to the top
  • On Chrome it scrolls to the top
  • On Brave it scrolls to the top

However, on all browsers, clicking on the footer link when already on the page does not scroll to the top. This doesn't seem to be the desired effect, should it be a new issue?

@tawandamoyo The classic plight of the front end: 4 browsers do one thing, 1 does another.
