Can this run on a arm64 debian based OS on a raspberry pi? Asked me more details if you want I would be pleased to help you. Please make it available on Raspberry pi if you can.

yes! its possible actually!!
but you need to compile it for arm64 which is the same steps as a normal compilation on a normal pc would be
