Would making certain windows except from EVE-O-Preview management? ie) have 3 main clients cover 3/4 of my screen, and make the last fourth space work for other clients with eve-o-preview.

Hello

Sorry for the belated answer.

In the EVE-O Preview main window go to the tab 'Active Clients'

Mark there clients and their thumbnails will not be displayed by EVE-O Preview
This list is persisted in the configuration file.
