Filter cells to be included in a pseudo-bulk

We currently just assume these steps have been done prior to importing data in Gemma.

It's possible that some filtering will be necessary for some datasets.

We can either create filtered single-cell vectors or just do it on the fly when we aggregate. Genes are filtered later when preprocessing the aggregates.
