After upgrading IP150 module to a version with MQTT, connecting over ethernet to TCP10000 [SYN] is rejected [RST ACK]

Describe your panel model (ex: EVO192, Spectra SP4000, Magellan MG5050), access mode (Serial, IP150, etc..).
Panel EVO192 256K Firmware 7.70.001 Bootloader 1.00.015 (Via Babyware V5.6.55)
IP150MQ V6.10.010 Bootloader 1.00.000

Describe the bug

After having my panel/IP150 firmware upgraded, connection to TCP10000 is no longer possible. This has been confirmed by Paradox/CSD (Australia)
