Hi there 👋

I'm a WordPress developer and I use the @wordpress/env package. After your update to version 0.24.4 today, the package didn't work anymore, with the message that the down() function doesn't exist anymore. As this is a breaking change but only the patch version was raised, I would like to ask you how you recommend to interpret your versioning. I also would wish to keep some kind of methods as alias, so that it won't break other packages in that case, unless it's a major version release.

I am looking forward to reading your feedback soon.

Ah! It's part of SemVer!

Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything MAY change at any time. The public API SHOULD NOT be considered stable.

The issue is solved by this PR: #264

Thank you very much for your very fast response time.
