This repository is an assortment of classes and functions that are designed to allow quick and easy analysis of calcium and vascular data. Use cases include:

1. Running CaImAn (our standard calcium analysis pipeline) on a timelapse movie.
2. Display results from CaImAn.
3. Associating between vasculature and active cells, before or after analyzing their calcium trace.
4. Manually marking neurons to receive their fluorescent trace.
5. Analyzing calcium data from different time points (Day 0, day 1, etc.).
6. Analyzing data from the vascular occluder method.
