Couldn't download from any site

Hi, it seems i can't download from any site even 4anime. I tried navigating the websites more than 5 times and still doesn't work. how can i fix this?

have you tried the recaptcha?
as you can see, there hasn't been an update for almost a year now and the and software like these are needed to be constantly updated, and the websites regularly update their security measures.
